Liaise with the Danish country leadership team to understand and define the country priorities & provide these as input into the Nordic marketing plan in order to support the business objectives.
Team across Nordics to provide business direction, market priorities, and market insights to help develop plans that aligns to the key priorities for both Denmark and banking for campaign planning and execution.
Be an active part of the Nordic marketing leadership team and Danish leadership team.
Act as part of an integrated team with other disciplines such as Corporate Communications, Performance Marketing, Product Management Teams, Business Unit Marketing teams to deliver the best outcomes for the business.
Monitor marketing activity using data tools to identify areas for optimisation
Be responsible for the engagement, health and welfare of the Denmark-based marketing team.
