Job Description:

Ensure day-to-day performance through excellent supervision of the Customer Service Representatives. Make sure the team is at the highest performing standards by taking the responsibility and leading them for coaching, training, communication, objective setting and performance management. You are also responsible for team development.

As a Customer Service Supervisor you are responsible for team performance for various therapies/countries and for the service provided to customers. You monitor daily reports & KPI, analyze trends, identify root causes and deploy corrective actions if needed.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Minimum of 3 years management role or project management work experience
  • Well versed in at least basic coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office )
  • Strong sense of responsibility and logical reasoning

Nice to Haves

  • Preferably SAP/ ERP experience

Please note that for this position, relocation support is not provided. Preferably, we are looking for candidates that live within a max 60km radius of our Medtronic office in Heerlen (Netherlands).
